October 23

Lost Handgun: Police were called at 8:52 PM when a 60-year-old Stevens Point woman reported that her .22 caliber handgun was either lost or stolen from her home on 2400 block of Hay Meadow Ln.

Crash: A 41-year-old Wisconsin Rapids man was charged with inattentive driving and operating with a suspended license after crashing his vehicle at 9:20 AM on Post Rd. in Plover.

Threat Arrest: A 22-year-old Stevens Point man was arrested for disorderly conduct after police were called with a report he was threatening a 23-year-old female.

Counterfeit Cash: The R-Store on Hwy. 10 E reported they’d received two counterfeit $20 bills at 12:31 PM.

Crash: A 60-year-old Stevens Point female was charged with following to closely with her automobile after causing a crash on Cty. Rd. HH and Business Park Dr. at 4:11 PM.

THC Trouble: After police were called to a disturbance on the 5400 block of Pinewood Dr. in Plover at 10:53 PM, an 18-year-old man was charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

October 24

Pumpkin And Disorderly: A 20-year-old Stevens Point man was charged with underage drinking, disorderly conduct and public urination after police were called with report he was smashing pumpkins and urinating in the street on the 1200 block of Portage St. at 5:34 AM.

Bike Theft: An unsecured red and black Giant brand bicycle owned by a 20-year-old woman was reported stolen from the 1600 block of Clark St. in Stevens Point.

Watch You Language: Police were called at 1:30 PM with a report that an adult male was cursing at his aunt’s landlord in a dispute over property on the 600 block of Pulaski Place in Stevens Point.

Fleet Farm Theft: A 16-year-old Nekoosa man was charged with theft after attempting to steal a Jack Daniel’s belt buckle costing $19.99 from the Stevens Point Fleet Farm.

 

There’s A Toll: A 74-year-old Stevens Point man was charged with disorderly conduct after intentionally blocking the vehicle of a 17-year-old Kaukauna woman with his own on the 1400 block of Water St. and trying to extort money from her for the removal at 5:23 PM.

October 25

Open Intoxicant: A 38-year-old Stevens Point man was charged with having an open intoxicant on a public way and littering on the 1700 block of Monroe St. at 2:51 PM.

Gone With Gas: Police were called at 3:20 PM after a 52-year-old Custer man who was unable to pay for his gas at the Kwik Trip on Maria Dr. in Stevens Point left his drivers license and never returned.

OWI: A 23-year-old Stevens Point woman was charged with operating while under the influence after being pulled over on Division St. N and Scholfield Ave. at 12:36 AM.
