Dems, GOP to Hold Monthly Meetings

Local partisan parties have announced their November meetings.
Both meetings take place on Tuesday, Nov. 10.
The Democratic Party of Portage County Wisconsin will hold its general meeting at 7 PM inside its headquarters, 2220 Division Street. Socializing begins at 6:30 PM.
George Kraft, a professor at UWSP and director for the Center for Watershed Science and Education, will deliver his speech, “How Groundwater Pumping is Drying Central Wisconsin’s Lakes, Streams, and Wetlands”.
The Republican Party of Portage County is holding its monthly meeting at the Elks Lodge, 1132 Clark Street, beginning at 6 PM.
Following the meeting, the RPPC will be hosting a viewing party for GOP Presidential Debate at 7 PM. The meeting and debate party are open to the public.
