Mildred Ruth “Millie” Martin, 95, Stevens Point, died Wednesday,
Nov. 11, 2015 at the Portage County Health Care Center.

Private family services were at the Forest Cemetery on
Church Street in Stevens Point.

Mrs. Martin was born Sept. 22, 1920, in Portage County, a
daughter of the late William “Hump” and Rose (Kalpinski) Haas. She attended the
local schools.

She was married to Warren C. Callows in Stevens Point June
3, 1944. He died in June 1950.

She later married Frank Martin Dec. 6, 1962. He died Jan.
20, 2004.

She worked at Weber Fly & Tackle Company for 28 years as
a painter.

She and her husband Frank spent time camping with their recreational vehicles. In her younger years, she was
on a traveling bowling league team.

She was a longtime member of St. Paul’s United Methodist
Church.

Survivors include one sister, June J. Mancheski, Stevens
Point; one niece, Barbara Szyper, Norfolk, Va.; one great-nephew, Rex (Caryn)
Szyper, Indianapolis, Ind.; and one great-niece, Shantelle Rose Szyper, Los
Angeles, Calif.

She was also preceded in death by one brother-in-law,
Clifford Mancheski.
