Allen G. Yokers, 72, Kaukauna, an Amherst native, died Monday, Nov. 23, 2015.

A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 3, at Appleton Alliance Church in Appleton, with the Rev. Brian Dainsberg officiating

Visitation will be at the church from 9 a.m. Thursday until the service.

O’Connell Funeral Home in Little Chute assisted with
arrangements. Condolences may be offered online at www.oconnellfh.com.

Mr. Yokers was born Dec. 5, 1942, in
Amherst, a son of the late Gerald and Edith (Fleming) Yokers. He graduated from
Amherst High School.

He attended Central State Teachers College (now the University
of Wisconsin-Stevens Point) in Stevens Point.

He was married to his “bride,” Susan, May 18, 1996, in
Kaukauna.

He began his working career with Western Electric and then
moved to Thilmany (International Paper) in Customer Service and Sales &
Marketing roles before joining his wife in their software consulting business,
One 2 One LLC.

The software business led him to become a director consultant
with Business Networking International (BNI).

He served on the Kaukauna Planning Commission and Board of
Appeals, as well as teaching hunter’s safety courses.

Survivors include his wife, Susan Yokers; two children, Bill
(Karolyn) Maloney, Kaukauna, and Bob (Mary) Maloney, St. Francis; one son-in-law,
James Murray, Milwaukee; four grandchildren; and two sisters, Janice (Laurence)
Grigg, Mequon, and Terri Schneble.

He was also preceded in death by one daughter, Marguerite
Murray.
