Rosemarie C. “Rosie” Eron, 77, Junction City, died Thursday, Nov. 26, 2015, at Ministry St. Michael’s Hospital in Stevens Point.

A Funeral Mass will be held at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 1, at St. Bartholomew Catholic Church in Mill Creek. Burial will be in the parish cemetery.

Visitation will be at the church from 9:30 a.m. Tuesday until the Mass.

The Pisarski Funeral Home of Stevens Point assisted with
arrangements. Condolences may be offered online at www.pisarskifuneralhome.com.

Mrs. Eron was born May 22, 1938, in Junction City, a daughter
of the late Joseph and Sophie (Adamski) Wiernik. She attended local schools.

She was married to Clarence P. Eron July 15, 1961, at St.
Bartholomew Catholic Church. He died Sept. 3, 1998.

After their marriage, the couple settled in Junction City.

She worked for SNE Manufacturing (Vetters) for many years as
the secretary, retiring in 1998. She then managed the meal site in Junction
City for 14 years for the Portage County Department of Aging, retiring from her
position in 2013.

She was a longtime member of the St. Bartholomew Rosary
Society.

She had been a resident at North Crest Assisted Living
Center and the Portage County Health Care Center for the past five months.

Survivors include three brothers, Donald (Leona) Wiernik and
Chester (Caroline) Wiernik, both of Stevens Point, and James (Geraldine)
Wiernik, Junction City; one sister, Lorraine Kerchefski, Stevens Point; one
sister-in-law, Lorraine Wiernik, Junction City; and many nieces and nephews.

She was also preceded in death by two brothers, David and
Richard Wiernik.
