UWSP Named Best Theater College in State

The University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point has been named the best theater college in Wisconsin, according to the theater website Onstage.
UWSP was named based on general criteria of the entire school- to include tuition and location- along with program-specific standards, like performance opportunities and career support.
“Alumni include a laundry list of Broadway performers such as Susan Spencer, Andrew Cao, Ruthie Baker and Laura Osnes,” the study reads, also noting the relatively low cost of UWSP tuition: “Given the quality of the program, the cost is a steal.”
