Plover firefighter Bobby Sullivan gets his picture taken by John Hartman (center) as Ken Voss, the department’s deputy fire chief, watches from behind.
Hartman took the photo, to which he applied a light painting technique, on Dec. 9 and presented the final product to the fire department.
Chief Mark Deaver (not pictured) and Voss assisted Hartman with lighting and equipment.
Hartman said he took 65 separate photographs, using LED flashlights, for the final product, which can be found here.
