Stephen S. Kawleski, 93, Stevens Point, died Saturday, Dec. 12, 2015, at Willow Brooke Senior Living.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 16, at St Michael Catholic Church in Junction City, with the Rev. John Ofori-Domah presiding. A traditional burial rite will be held in Guardian Angel Cemetery in Stevens Point.

Visitation will be at the church from 10 a.m. Wednesday until the Mass.

Boston Funeral Home in Stevens Point assisted with
arrangements. Condolences may be offered online at www.bostonfuneral.net.

Mr. Kawleski was born Dec. 20, 1921, in the town of Eau
Pleine, a son of the late William and Bridget (Rutta) Kawleski. He grew up in
the area and attended local schools.

He served in the U.S. Army from 1942 to 1944 and was
honorably discharged.

He was married to Dolores Glaza July 25, 1947, at St.
Bartholomew Catholic Church in Mill Creek.

He worked as a truck driver with Shafton, Gross and Dahlman trucking,
retiring after 30 years of service.

He was a former member of the Knights of Columbus.

He visited his lake cottage in the Tomahawk area.

Survivors include his wife, Dolores Kawleski; one daughter,
Kathleen (Gene) Gentili; one nephew, Jim (Nancy) Strykowski; and three nieces,
Dorothy (Dick) Schubert, Caroline (Chester) Wiernik and Eleanore (Ray) Wiernik.

He was also preceded in death by five brothers, Leonard,
Felix, Andrew, Barney and Casimer Kawleski; and 10 sisters, Mary and Barbara in
infancy, Agnes Mallek, Gertrude Kawleski, Johanna Strykowski, Florence
Felckowski, Bridget Gorski, Anna Kawleski, Frances Jankowski and Grace
Kieliszewski.
