Dolores M. Disher

Dolores May Disher, 72, Almond, died Sunday, Dec. 13, 2015, after a battle with cancer. She was under the care of Heartland Hospice.
A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 16, at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Stevens Point, with the Rev. Thomas Petersen officiating. Burial will be in Forest Cemetery in Stevens Point.
Visitation will be at the church from 9:30 a.m. Wednesday until the service.

Mrs. Disher was born Feb. 2, 1943, in Chicago, Ill., a
daughter of the late Theodore and Marie (Farrow) Jost. She attended schools in
Chicago.
She moved to the Stevens Point area in
1960. She worked at the Main Street Café in Stevens Point.
She was married to Ronald Disher at St. Paul Lutheran Church
in Stevens Point 41 years ago.
Survivors include her husband, Ron, Almond; one sister,
Marie Jost Housholder, Auburndale; two brothers, Theodore Jost, California, and
Charles Jost, Stevens Point; nieces; and nephews.
She was preceded in death by one sister, Patricia Jost; and one
nephew.
