Michael Jon Kaufmann, 62, North Canton, Ohio, brother of a Stevens Point woman, died Thursday, Dec. 17, 2015, in Mercy Medical Center.

A brief memorial service will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday Dec. 22, at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Birnamwood, with the Rev. Matthew Christians officiating.

Memorial donations may be made to the Pediatric Cancer
Department of Akron Children’s Hospital, One Perkins Square, Akron, OH
44308-1062 or a charity of the donor’s choice.

Arnold Funeral Service assisted with arrangements. Condolences
may be offered online at www.arnoldfuneralhome.com.

Mr. Kaufmann was born Oct. 2, 1953, in Wausau, a son of Alois
J. and Helen M. (Krubsack) Kaufmann. He was raised in Birnamwood.

He worked for Case Construction Corporation for 42 years and
was currently a product specialist.

He was married to his wife Priscilla May 19, 1984.

He was a member of the Buckeye Corvette Club, official
measurer for both Pope & Young and Boone & Crockett, a past member of
Birnamwood Bow Hunters and a lifetime member of Wisconsin Bow Hunters.

Survivors include his wife, Priscilla; two daughters, Alison
(Brian Rice) Kaufmann and Charlotte Kaufmann, both of Richmond, Va.; two sisters,
Karen (Emery) Blaskowsky, Stevens Point, and, Gwen (Dave) McDonald, Wausau; one
brother, Stef (Chris) Kaufmann, Birnamwood; nieces; and nephews.
