Patricia A. Sankey, 70, Stevens Point, died Monday, Dec. 21, 2015.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 29, at Woodlands Church in Plover, with Senior Pastor Brian Berg officiating. Burial will be in Guardian Angel Cemetery.

Visitation will be at the Shuda Funeral Chapel in Stevens Point from 4 to 7 p.m. Monday, Dec. 28, with a time for prayer and sharing beginning at 7 p.m., and at the church from 9 a.m. Tuesday until the services.

A memorial will be established at a later date.

Mrs. Sankey was born Aug. 24, 1945, in Stevens Point, a daughter
of the late Ben and Mary (Waldoch) Kizewski. She graduated from P.J. Jacobs
High School in 1963.

She was married to Robert S. Sankey Oct. 10, 1964, at St.
Stanislaus Catholic Church in Stevens Point. He died Feb. 24, 2003.

She worked for a few years at the Whiting-Plover Paper Mill
before becoming a homemaker and raising their three sons.

In 1988 she began her career at Community Industries where
she worked for 24 years as a training specialist, helping those with special needs
and the developmentally disabled.

Survivors include two sons, Dale (Andrea) Sankey, Plover,
and Troy Sankey, Weston; her sweetheart, Fred Gburek, Plover; one brother,
Norman; three sisters, Adeline, Rita (Emil) and Marilyn; and five grandchildren,
Hannah, Rachel, Elliot, Jordan, and Nathan.

She was also preceded in death by one son, Mark; five
brothers; and three sisters.
