Craig Allen Helbach, 73, Mosinee, an insurance agency owner, died at his home Sunday, Dec. 27, 2015.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 30, at St. Paul Catholic Church in Mosinee, with the Rev. Donald Przybylski officiating. A private family interment at St. Paul Cemetery in Mosinee will be held at a later date.

Visitation will be at the church from 9 a.m. Wednesday until the Mass.

Memorials may be directed in his memory to the Mosinee
School District “K-12 Library” and the St. Paul Catholic Church Building Fund.

Beste Funeral Home in Mosinee assisted with arrangements.

Mr. Helbach was born Jan. 24, 1942, in Wausau, a son of the
late Fred B. and Ethelyn (Krieg) Helbach. He graduated from Mosinee High School
and attended Holy Cross Seminary and the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point for
business.

He began selling insurance by working at Mosinee Insurance
Agency with his father in 1962 and later became an owner with his two brothers,
Larry and Tom. Although retired, he continued to go to the office every day.

Survivors include two brothers, Larry (Theresa) Helbach and
Tom (Lynne) Helbach, both of Mosinee; one niece, Mary Helbach, Woodbury, Minn.;
and two
nephews, Dan (Kate) Helbach, Norwood, Mass., and
Scott Helbach, Madison.

He was also preceded in death by one brother, Roger.
