Alice Ehr Wiberg
Alice Ehr Wiberg, 86, West Bend, a former Amherst Junction
resident and mother of several area residents, died at The Kathy Hospice Tuesday,
Dec. 29, 2015, after a recurring battle with cancer.
Visitation and a memorial service will be held at
Jungers-Holly Funeral Home in Amherst starting at 10 a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 5, 2016,
with Pastor Dean Oldson and Pastor Marcia Carrier officiating.
The family requests donations be made in her name to The
Kathy Hospice, c/o Ann Johnson, 3200 Pleasant Valley Road, West Bend, WI 53095.

Mrs. Wiberg was born Nov. 8, 1929, in Milwaukee, a daughter
of the late Harold and Alyce (Strelka) Berg.
She was married to Thomas P. Ehr Feb. 7, 1948, in Milwaukee.
They were married 58 years until his death Feb. 11, 2006.
After raising their 10 children, she was employed at Lasata
Nursing Home in Cedarburg for many years.
They retired in 1990 and moved to Amherst Junction.
She was married to Roy Wiberg of
Amherst Junction Aug. 25, 2007. He died Feb. 22, 2014.
Survivors include a special friend, Wayne Schmidt, West
Bend; five sons, Thomas J. (Mitzi) Ehr, Amherst Junction, William (Sharon) Ehr,
West Bend, Joseph (Sharon) Ehr, Ogdensburg, Harold (Kathy) Ehr, Custer, and John
(Laura) Ehr, Amherst Junction; four daughters, Patricia (James) Barrette, West
Bend, Christine Ostrowski, Amherst Junction, Mary (Alan) Schmucker, Port
Washington, and Barbara (Terry) Block, Tigerton; one daughter-in-law, Marcia
(Robert) Skibba, Amherst Junction; one sister, Dolores (Charles) Frank, Amherst
Junction; one brother, James (Ellie) Berg, Mineral Wells, Texas; 31
grandchildren; and 51 great-grandchildren.
She was also preceded in death by one son, Gerald M. Ehr; one
son-in-law, Peter Ostrowski; and five brothers, Harold “Bud,” Raymond, Robert,
Richard and William Berg.
