Sharon L. Dye, 68, rural Pittsville, a Rudolph native and
daughter of a Junction City woman, died Monday, Jan. 4, 2016, at the Bethel
Center in Arpin. She had suffered from Parkinson’s disease for many years.


Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Friday, Jan. 8, at the
Veedum Moravian Church in Pittsville, with Pastor Wanda Veldman officiating.
Burial will be at the Dexterville Cemetery at a later date.


Visitation will be at the church from 4
to 7 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 7, and again from 10 a.m. Friday until the services.


Buchanan/Rembs Funeral Home in Pittsville assisted with
arrangements. Condolences may be offered online at www.rembsfh.com.


Mrs. Dye was born June 24, 1947, in Rudolph, a daughter of Phyllis
(Saeger) Meyers and the late Robert Dye. She graduated from P.J. Jacobs High
School in Stevens Point.


She was married to Donald F. Dye Sept. 13, 1969, in Rudolph.


She was a lifetime member of the Moravian Church.


She and her husband owned and operated the Lake Dexter
Drive-in in Pittsville.


Survivors include her husband, Don; her mother, Phyllis
Meyers, Junction City; two children, Cindy (Greg) Mossing, Gladstone, Mich.,
and Scott (Sarah Lemieux) Dye, Wisconsin Rapids; two brothers, Ronald (Sandi)
Meyers, Wisconsin Rapids, and David Meyers, Junction City; one sister, Donna
Meyers; and five grandchildren.


She was also preceded in death by one son, Robert; one
brother, Gary Meyers; and one sister, Jackie Meyers.
