Jane Rose Augustinak, 83, Stevens Point, died Thursday, Jan. 21, 2016, at Ministry St. Michael’s Hospital in Stevens Point.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 29, at St. Peter Catholic Church in Stevens Point, with the Rev. Arul Joseph V. officiating. Burial will be at Guardian Angel Cemetery.

Visitation will be in the St. Faustina Room of the church from 9 a.m. Thursday until the Mass.

Memorials in her name will be donated to Lewy body dementia
research.

Mrs. Augustinak was born June 16, 1932, at St. Michael’s
Hospital in Stevens Point, the only child of the late Barney and Rose Kosmalski.
She attended St. Peter Catholic School through eighth grade and St. Joseph’s
Academy for high school.

She was married to Stanley Augustinak April 28, 1950, at St.
Peter Church. He died Jan. 16, 2015.

She was an avid churchgoer, a lifetime member of the Rosary
Society and participated in Parent-Teacher Association meetings when her
daughters were in school.

Survivors include three daughters,
Marie (Ron) Konkol, Kathleen (Tom) Cashin and Patricia (Tom) Dahl; 10
grandchildren, Sean, Rebecca, Kristofer, Andrew, Ahern, Zachary, Justin,
Jonathan, Isaac and Emma; and 11 great-grandchildren.

She was also preceded in death by one granddaughter, Hannah
Margaret Dahl.
