This Isn’t My House? A 21-year-old intoxicated man tried to enter the wrong residence on the 1700 block of Water St., damaging the house’s railing at 2:07 AM. He was cited and released to a third party.

Turn Your Lights On: Police cited a 23-year-old driver after a non-OWI, one-vehicle crash near Clark and Cross streets at 7:20 AM. The man was cited for operating without headlights, speeding and operating without a valid license.

Shoplifting at Shopko: A 33-year-old woman was cited for stealing from Shopko, 1200 Main St., at 2:02 PM. Among items seized from the woman was a bottle of Paul Mitchell shampoo, Vagisil liquid soap, Colgate toothpaste, a “Killing Patton” book and an Amope electric foot file.

Gutsy Move at Jim Laabs: Police arrested a 21-year-old man from Jim Laabs Music, 1045 Main St., at 3:10 PM, on a charge of felony intentional retail theft. The man was also a suspect in a previous theft there.

Bad for Business: An employee of Taco Bell, 433 Division St., reported a 34-year-old man was sleeping in the restaurant’s lobby at 12:23 AM. Police woke the man and he got a ride home.
