Jeanette I. “Jeannie” Pezewski, 58, town of Stockton (Custer), died at her home Thursday, Jan. 28, 2016.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 4, at the Pisarski Community Funeral Home in Plover.

Visitation will be at the funeral home from 9 a.m. Thursday until the services.

A memorial will be established in her name.

Mrs. Pezewski was born March 23, 1957, in Stevens Point, a daughter
of the late Ambrose and Marion (Cherek) Firkus. She attended local schools and
graduated from Stevens Point Area Senior High School.

She was married to James “Jim” Pezewski Oct. 14, 1989, in
Plover.

Survivors include her husband, Jim, Custer; one daughter,
Heather Firkus, Woodruff; one son, Shane Pezewski, Custer; seven brothers,
Louie (Diane) Firkus, Elkhorn, Ray (Rosie) Firkus, Art (Mary) Firkus and Paul Firkus,
all of Stevens Point, David Firkus, Plover, Victor (Bonnie) Firkus, Fairchild
and Matt Firkus; and two sisters, Marie (Mike) Gawlik, Plover, and Virginia
Ostrowski, Amherst.

She was also preceded in death by one brother, Donald.
