Plover Woman Expected to Plead on Multiple Charges

City Times Staff
A Plover woman will return to court in March to plead out on a series of charges she received during various incidents in 2015.
Jordann Politoski, 20, had been facing four counts of battery, five counts of bail-jumping, three counts of disorderly conduct, possession of amphetamine/LSD/psilocin and resisting or obstructing an officer.
Politoski was in Portage Co. Circuit Court on Monday for a status conference with Judge Thomas Flugaur on two counts of battery, one count of bail-jumping and possession. It was not immediately clear from court documents if the other charges had been dismissed as a part of her plea deal.
Politoski had been arrested several times in 2015 for a series of disturbances, some alcohol-related, including one which included Politoski returning to a downtown tavern after police told her to stay home.
In a separate incident, she also was cited for speeding on expressway, 11-15 miles over. That charge was filed by Portage Co. deputies on Jan. 18, 2016 and Politoski was cited $200.50 for the offense. She will appear in Flugaur’s court to answer for that charge Feb. 15.
Politoski will return to court to plead on her previous charges March 29.
