For the City Times

Local photographer John Hartman will be holding a class titled “Learn How to Take Better Pictures With Your Camera”, sponsored by the Q Artists Cooperative Educational Series.

Three 90-minute classes will be held on March 30, April 6 and April 13 from 7:00–8:30 pm at Q Artists Cooperative, 1108 Main Street in Stevens Point. Students will learn more about the functions of a digital camera and how to maximize their use to improve their photography through better technique, composition and artistry.

Hartman is an internationally-acclaimed photographer who has owned Contemporary Photography in Stevens Point since 1974, and a sought-after teacher in the industry for over 33 years.

The cost is $129 for all three sessions. More information and registration can be found at www.johnhartmanlightpainting.com/class or by calling (715) 341-3527.
