Vote Kloppenburg for Wisconsin Supreme Court Judge
To the Editor:
Given that the judicial branch of government is supposed to be nonpartisan, there’s only one qualified candidate for the Wisconsin Supreme Court, Judge JoAnne Kloppenburg.
Kloppenburg is not beholden to special interests and has a record of treating all citizens equally and impartially. She’s served as assistant attorney general and Circuit Court judge. She’s volunteered her services to the community.
In contrast, Rebecca Bradley had to divorce herself from her collegiate writings bashing homosexuals. Then she had to disavow writings claiming female rape victims were in part responsible for the crime. Perhaps most revealing is her excusing herself from court Feb. 24 to speak to Wisconsin Manufacturers and Commerce – one of the most partisan, powerful lobbying groups in Wisconsin.
Desperate to elect Bradley, the Wisconsin Alliance for Reform – an ideological front group with unidentified funders – has spent more than $750,000 on an ad that network media revealed is entirely deceitful.
Preserve fairness, justice and independence. Vote JoAnne Kloppenburg Tuesday, April 5.
