Stephen W. ‘Bull’ Parrott

Stephen W. “Bull” Parrott, 62, Amherst, died Saturday, March 19, 2016, at Ministry St. Clare’s Hospital in Weston after a three-year battle with gastric cancer.

A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, March 24, at Woodlands Church, 190 Hoover Ave., Plover, with the Rev. Brian Berg officiating.

Visitation will be at the church from 9 a.m. Thursday until the service.

A memorial has been established in the name of Stephen W.
Parrott.

The Jungers-Holly Funeral Home of Amherst assisted with
arrangements. Condolences may be offered online at www.hollyfuneralhome.com.

Mr. Parrott was born Dec. 16, 1953, in Woodbury, N.J., a son
of Victor and Josephine (Zappola) Parrott.

He served in the U.S. Navy for four years and three days
from 1972 to 1976.

He was married to Traci “Ducky” Glisczinski Feb. 1, 1997, at
St. Mary of Mount Carmel Catholic Church in Fancher.

He worked as a journeyman wireman with the International
Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW) 388 until 2013.

Survivors include his wife and caregiver, Traci “Ducky”
Parrott, Amherst; three children, Adam Parrott, Chesapeake, Va., Sam (fiancée Nicole
Schroeder) Parrott, Vesper, and Julia Parrott, Stevens Point; his father,
Victor Parrott; his mother, Josephine Parrott, New Jersey; and one grandson.
