Hugh S. Rumsey
Hugh Sutton Rumsey, Stevens Point, died unexpectedly Tuesday, March 22, 2016, in Rogers, Ark., while visiting relatives.
A celebration of life service will be held at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday, April 5, at the Shuda Funeral Chapel in Stevens Point.
Visitation will be at the funeral chapel from 4 p.m. Tuesday until the service.

Mr. Rumsey was born June 7, 1958, in Ann Arbor, Mich., a son
of Charles H. Rumsey and the late Jean P. (Sutton) Rumsey.
He was the sole proprietor of Central Wisconsin Dataworks
and was a longtime member of the BNI Point To Success chapter.
He was in the process of completing a long-deferred goal of
earning a college degree. He planned to graduate from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens
Point next year with a double major in psychology and political science.
He played jazz and classical trombone and was an avid

two sisters, Mary (Karl Olmstead) Rumsey and Elizabeth (Stephen Rice) Rumsey;
and nieces and nephews.
He was also preceded in death by one sister, Anne Rumsey.
