GeorgeAnne T. Brooks, 55, Stevens Point, died Tuesday, March 29, 2016, at Ministry St. Michael’s Hospital in Stevens Point.
A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, April 6, at Higgins Funeral Home in Wisconsin Rapids, with Deacon Jerome Reusch officiating.
Visitation will be at the funeral home from 10 a.m. Wednesday until the service.

Mrs. Brooks was born Oct. 4, 1960, in Phoenix, Ariz., a
daughter of the late George and Beverly (Thompson) Ciseski.
She was married to Shane Brooks. He preceded her in death.
Survivors include three sons, Joshua Ciseski, Stevens Point,
Kelly Garski, Stevens Point, and Nathan Garski, Milwaukee; her siblings, John
(Julie) Ciseski, Junction City, Don (Doris) Ciseski and Bob Ciseski, both of Stevens
Point, Ron (Carmine) McCowen, Arizona, Shelly (Jon) Posey, Texas, and Greg
Hart, Milwaukee; and one grandson.
She was also preceded in death by one brother, Floyd McCowen;
and one sister, Sheila Mae McCowen.
