Stevens Point DAR Awards ROTC Medal To UWSP Cadet

The Stevens Point Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution awarded the 2016 DAR ROTC medal to Cadet Mary G. Workman of UW- Stevens Point.
Workman was awarded at the Military Ball held at the university March 12.
The medal is awarded to a student cadet of outstanding ability and achievement in the university ROTC program. Workman, who is a senior in the program, received a medal, a certificate of award, and a check from the chapter.
Workman plans to attend UW-Green Bay to study medicine.
