Police: No Injuries Reported in Wed. Morning Bus Accident

Police were called to the intersection of Whiting Ave. and Church St. Wednesday morning after a caller reported a two-vehicle accident.
The motorist of an SUV was cited for failure to yield after crashing into the side of a school bus traveling south on Church Street. The accident reportedly occurred at 7:26 AM.
Traffic was temporarily diverted due to road blockage.
Stevens Point police say both vehicles were towed from the scene.
Ten children were on the school bus at the time of incident, according to a news release from SPPD. The students were transported to a second bus and made it to school by the first bell.
