David Olsen
David Olsen, 78, Stevens Point, died Friday, April 1, 2016,
at Ministry St. Michael’s Hospital.
A graveside service will be held at St. Stephen’s Cemetery
at a later date.

Mr. Olsen was born Dec. 15, 1937, in Greendale, a son
of the late Niels and Dorothy (Brown) Olsen. He grew up in the Milwaukee area
and attended local schools there.
After leaving the Milwaukee area, he was employed at Preway
Inc. in Wisconsin Rapids. Later he began a career at River Pines Nursing Home
in Whiting until his retirement in 2006.
He was married to Patricia Worzalla Nov. 25, 1976, in
Wisconsin Rapids. They were married for 39 years until her death March 11, 2016.
Survivors include one brother, Ejler; and two sisters-in-law,
Bonnie (Bill) Wright, Madison and Yvonne (Dave) Kopperud, Stevens Point.
He was also preceded in death by one brother, Hans.
