Marlene J. Powalish

Marlene J. Powalish, 81, Coloma, wife of a Stevens Point
native, died Monday, April 4, 2016, at her home. She was under the care of
Ministry Home Care Hospice.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 a.m. Friday,
April 8, at St. Peter Catholic Church in Stevens Point, with the Rev. Dennis
Stanchik officiating. Burial will be in the Guardian Angel Cemetery.
Visitation will be in the St. Faustina room of the church
from 9 a.m. Friday until the Mass.

Mrs. Powalish was born Dec. 7, 1934, in Chicago. She was the
daughter of the late Frank and Mary (Stazczak) Angrick.
She was married to Paul Powalish Aug. 18, 1956, at St.
Cornelius Catholic Church in Chicago, Ill.
Survivors include her husband, Paul Powalish, Coloma; three sons,
Michael (Karen), Jerome (Dawn) and Richard (Mary); and 10 grandchildren.
