Kwik Trip Named Among Forbes’ Best Employers

Kwik Trip has been recognized by Forbes Magazine as one of America’s best employers.
The annual America’s Best Employers 2016 list places the La Crosse-based business, with several locations in Stevens Point and Plover, as the 30th best business to work for.
The business magazine polled over 30,000 workers employed by companies with at least 5,000 employees, asking if they would recommend their employer, and how they perceived other employers in their industry. Kwik Trip was ranked in the top six percent of 500 companies on the list.
In 2015, Kwik Trip ranked 61st on the list.
“We have a great culture here at Kwik Trip. We have a culture of kindness,” said John McHugh, Kwik Trip’s director of corporate communications. “People treat each other with our mission statement in mind, to treat others as you like to be treated. That makes a great place to work.”
Kwik Trip employs over 17,000 people in 500 stores.
