Bernadine M. “Bernie” Zivicki, 88, Stevens Point, died Friday, April 8, 2016, at Atrium Post Acute Care of Stevens Point, where she had resided for more than 4-1/2 years. She was also under the care of Heartland Hospice.

A Funeral Mass will be held at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, April 13, at St. Peter Catholic Church in Stevens Point, with the Rev. Arul Joseph Visuvasam officiating. Burial will be in Guardian Angel Cemetery.

Visitation will be in the Faustina Room of the church from 9 a.m. Wednesday until the Mass.

Pisarski Funeral Homes in Stevens Point and Plover assisted
with arrangements. Condolences may be offered online at
www.pisarskifuneralhome.com.

Mrs. Zivicki was born July 23, 1927, in the town of Linwood,
a daughter of the late John and Agnes (Pelarski) Lisiecki. She attended a
country school in the town of Linwood.

She was married to Leo Zivicki Aug. 24, 1946, at St. Peter
Catholic Church. He died April 29, 2007.

The couple lived on West River Drive until her husband’s
death.

She worked at Point Bakery and Copps Central Bakery,
retiring in 1992.

She was a member of the Knights of Columbus Auxiliary, the Veterans
of Foreign Wars Auxiliary, the Disabled American Veterans Auxiliary and St.
Peter’s Rosary Society.

Survivors include three children, Ken (Linda) Zivicki and
Fred Zivicki, both of Stevens Point, and Nancy (Randall) Harbath, Green Bay;
one sister, Francis Scipior, Stevens Point; eight grandchildren; and six
great-grandchildren.

She was also preceded in death by three brothers and six
sisters.
