Hedwig ‘Heddy’ Napiwocki

Hedwig “Heddy” Napiwocki, 85, Mosinee, a town of Dewey native, died Friday, April 8, 2016, at Aspirus Wausau Hospital.
Services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, April 14, at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church in Knowlton, with the Rev. Norman Boneck officiating. Burial will be in St. Francis Cemetery in Knowlton.
Visitation will be at Beste Funeral Home in Mosinee from 4 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, April 13, and at the church from 10 a.m. Thursday until the services.
Mrs. Napiwocki was born Dec. 17, 1930, in the town of Dewey,
a daughter of the late John and Martha (Szczesny) Dulak Sr.
She was married to Albin Napiwocki May 20, 1952, at St. Mary
Catholic Church in Torun.
She worked at various jobs while raising their children.
Most recently she worked at the Red Owl store and Maple Ridge Farms.
She was a member of the St. Francis Cabrini Society, St.
Jerome’s Circle and Hillside Homemakers.
Survivors include her husband; eight children, Linda
(Andrew) Rheinschmidt, Birnamwood, Arnold (Pamela) Napiwocki, Paulette (Roger)
Sparby and Daniel (Cary) Napiwocki, all of Mosinee, Susan (Richard) Dart, South
Lake Tahoe, Calif., Laurie (Ed) Ballinger, Roseville, Calif., Denise (Peter)
Brostowitz, Eau Claire, and Amy (Rick Esker) Brod, Bevent; one sister, Theresa
(Leonard) King, Stevens Point; one sister-in-law, Isabel Dulak, Milwaukee; nine
grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
She was also preceded in death by 11 siblings, Angeline
Danczyk, John Dulak, Joe Dulak, Veronica Roberts, Betty Mancini, Martha Sarna,
Steve Dulak, Helen Helminiak, Emily Gonsiorowski and Bernard Dulak.
