Fahra Jeanette Mowry, 49, Woodbridge, Va., a former Stevens Point resident, died Sunday, April 10, 2016.

Visitation will take place at Mountcastle Turch Funeral Home and Crematory Inc. in Dale City, Va. from 10 a.m. to noon Thursday, April 14. A celebration of life service will follow at noon, with Pastor Matthew Mallek, Refuge, Stevens Point, officiating. Interment will be at Stonewall Memory Gardens in Manassas, Va., immediately following the service.

An educational fund for her children has been established.

Mrs. Mowry was born March 25, 1967, in Port Arthur, Texas, a
daughter of Maxie and Delores Harris. She graduated from Nederland Baptist High
School in Nederland, Texas.

She received a degree in fashion merchandising from Southern
Nazarene University.

She was married to Ethan Mowry Aug. 18, 1989, in Beaumont,
Texas.

She was a homemaker and prepared authentic southern food
like sweet potato casserole.

Survivors include her husband; six children, Blane (fiancé
Jessica Ellison), Bourbonnais, Ill., Shae (Sarah), Independence, Ky., and Nathan,
Emily, Autumn and Noah, all at home; her parents; two brothers, Max Harris,
Boynton Beach, Fla., and Randy (Cindy) Harris, Magnolia, Texas; and one sister,
Faith Anderson, Huntsville, Texas.
