Cindy Lou Yauch

Cindy Lou Yauch, 58, Menomonie, sister of a Plover man, died Thursday, April 14, 2016, at Mayo Clinic Health Care Center in Eau Claire after a 30-year battle with a variety of health issues.
Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Thursday, April 21, at the Rhiel Funeral Home in Menomonie, with the Rev. Guy Bergenthal officiating. Burial will be at a later date at the Poplar Hill Cemetery-Rock Elm in rural Elmwood.
Visitation will be at the funeral home from 5 to 8 pm. Wednesday, April 22, and again from 12:30 p.m. Thursday until the services.

Ms. Yauch was born June 18, 1957, in Menomonie, a daughter
of the late Lyle and Lois (Grimme) Yauch. She grew up in Elmwood and graduated
from Elmwood High School in 1975.
After high school, she received an associate degree in accounting
from WITC in Eau Claire.
She worked as an accountant in Wausau and later worked at a
home improvement store in Eau Claire until her health problems forced her to
quit.
Prior to her illness, she was active in bowling, country
line dancing and volleyball. She was an accomplished seamstress and made cross-stitch
Christmas ornaments to give away.
Survivors include two sisters, Barbara (Mike) Fischer, of
North Fort Myers, Fla., and Sue (Dan) McNeil, Barron; two brothers, John (Judy)
Yauch, Plover, and Roger Yauch, Wausau; and nine nieces and nephews.
