Elaine F. Smith, 70, Stevens Point, died Sunday, April 17, 2016, at Ministry St. Michael’s Hospital.
Funeral services will be held at 5 p.m. Wednesday, April 20, at Celebration Church in Stevens Point.
Visitation will be at the church from 3 p.m. Wednesday until the services.

Mrs. Smith was born Nov. 19, 1945, in Stevens Point, a
daughter of the late Orville and Mae (Porter) Gorges.
She received an associate’s degree from Mid-State Technical
College.
She was married to Sydney Smith. The couple later divorced.
She worked in the records department at Associated Bank
until her retirement in 2011.
Survivors include three children, Michael (Lori) Smith,
Appleton, Shari (Mick) Foster, Waupaca, and Lauri (Ryan) Barth, St. Michael, Minn.;
and six grandchildren.
She was also preceded in death by one brother, Gary.
