Suzanne Cashin, 88, Scottsdale, Ariz., a Stevens Point
native, died Friday, April 29, 2016.



The family requests that donations be made in her honor to
the Westminster Village Foundation, 12000 N. 90th Street, Scottsdale, AZ 85260.


Messinger Mortuaries, Scottsdale, Ariz., assisted with
arrangements.


Mrs. Cashin was born Oct. 6, 1927, in Stevens Point, the
only daughter of the late Wilson and Ruth (Oster) Delzell.


She attended Monticello College in St. Louis and graduated
from the University of Wisconsin, where she was a member of Gamma Phi Beta
Sorority.


She was married to Robert C. Cashin in 1949. He died Aug. 2,
2003.


They resided in Madison until employment took them to
Phoenix, Ariz., in 1974.


She was a member of St. Barnabas of the Desert Episcopal
Church in Paradise Valley, Ariz., and volunteered her time at Florence Crittenton
of Arizona. She was an avid golfer and bridge player.


She spent her summers in Waupaca on the Chain-of-Lakes at
the family cottage.


She resided at Westminster Village of Scottsdale for 13
years.


Survivors include three children, Catherine (Donn) Kremmel,
Elizabeth Cashin, Robert D. (Gina) Cashin; six grandchildren; and two
great-grandchildren.


She was also preceded in death by three brothers, Robert,
James and Wilson Delzell.
