The Stevens Point Area Senior High presented its 27th Annual Academic Letters Awards Program Monday evening in the SPASH auditorium.

Awards and academic certificates were presented to student, grades 9-12 who have achieved a cumulative grade point average of 3.8 or higher.

Honor cords were also presented to FCCLA – Family, Career, and Community Leaders of America – MacKenzie Betro, Hayley Clark, Cassidy Crunkilton, Cassie Demski, Lilly Firkus, Jordyn Grezenski and Emma Moore.

Academic Department Student Of The Year recipients included Elizabeth Hirzy (Agriculture), Thomas Hardy (Art), Olivia Schilcher (Business), Joseph Spielman (Computers), Jessica Meadows (English), Jordyn Grezenski (Family & Consumer Science), Ashley Peper (Mathematics), Isabelle Glodosky (Music), Lukas Fielder (Physical Education), Anna Emerson (Science), Katy Pozorski (Social Studies), Daniel Zdroik (Technology Education), Cheyanna Gonzalez-Pilsner (World Languages) and Morgann Glazer (Counseling Office).

The SPASH Athletics Department will present its 2016 Athletics Awards Program on Monday, May 7 in the SPASH Auditorium. The program begins at 7:00 PM.
