Photo of the Day: Showing Support for Antigo

City Times Staff
More than 200 students from Stevens Point Area Senior High gather for a photo on Wednesday, clad in maroon and white to show support for Antigo High School and the community there.
The City of Antigo was rocked when 18-year-old Jakob Wagner brandished a rifle and opened fired after the school’s April 23 Prom, injuring two students who suffered non-life-threatening injuries. Wagner was shot and killed by an Antigo police officer during the attack.
Dozens of high schools across the state are reportedly wearing the Antigo High School colors on May 4, which has been unofficially declared “Antigo Pride Day”.
