Annie M. Rzentkowski-Mueller, 37, a Stevens Point native, died
at home Thursday, May 5, 2016.

A service will be held at 12:15 p.m. Sunday, May 15, at
Baker Street Community Church in Wisconsin Rapids.

Boston Funeral Home in Stevens Point assisted with

Mrs. Rzentkowski-Mueller was born Oct. 29, 1978, in Stevens
Point, a daughter of Ernest and Pauline Rzentkowski. She grew up in the area
and attended local schools.

She worked as a personal care worker for local nursing homes
and CCLS. She returned to school to become a medical information specialist.

She was an active member at the Baker Street Community
Church in Wisconsin Rapids.

She also volunteered with the food pantry and Shepard’s
Loft. She also remained active within the autistic society.

Survivors include her husband, Lonny Mueller; one son,
Garret Kvattek, Garret’s father, Guy Kvattek; four stepchildren, Jacob,
Danielle, Tristynn and Andrew; her father, Ernest (Lynn) Rzentkowski; her mother,
Pauline (Dave) Betro; one sister, Kristy; and two brothers, Tony and Justin.

She was also preceded in death by one brother, Jerry
Rzentkowski.
