Darwin J. Whitman
Darwin James “Goose” Whitman, 79, Two Rivers, a Stevens
Point native, died Thursday, May 5, 2016, at his home.
A celebration of life will be held from 1 to 4 p.m. Sunday,
May 15, at the Chadderbox Bar & Grill in Two Rivers.

Mr. Whitman was born Nov. 28, 1936, in Stevens Point, a son
of the late Leonard and Zella (Paust) Whitman.
He served in the U.S. Air Force.
He was employed by Consolidated Paper Company until his
retirement.
He also owned and operated the Blue Goose Pub & Grill in
Two Rivers for many years.
Survivors include four children, James (Jill) Whitman,
Michael (Linda) Whitman, Lisa (John) Heitzinger and Susan (Richard Pryd)
Whitman; and seven grandchildren.
He was also preceded in death by two sisters, Genevieve and
Elizabeth.
