Donald R. Ulbrich, age 86, of Pittsville passed away at the Three Oaks Nursing Home in Marshfield on Wednesday May 4, 2016.

Funeral Services for Donald will be held at 10:00 AM on Monday May 9, 2016 at Highland Church in Plover. Visitation will be held from 9:00 Monday until the time of services at the church. Shuda Funeral Service of Plover and Stevens Point assisted the family.

Donald was born November 28, 1929 in Milwaukee, the son of Roman and Edna (Lang) Ulbrich. Donald married June Meister on December 10, 1949 in Milwaukee. The couple owned and operated the Enchanted Forest Campground in Wild Rose from 1970 to 1985. June passed away on December 21, 2006. Donald married Laura Shields on December 15, 2007 in Plover.

Donald is survived by his son Bruce (Kathy) Ulbrich, Fremont. 3 grandchildren: Lisa Ulbrich (Jon Thome); Ryan (Heather) Ulbrich; Debra (Jeff) Goehring. 5 great-grandchildren: Louis, Lucy, Lily, Joey, Brody. He was preceded in death by his parents, his first wife June, and 2 sisters Edna and Dorothy.
