Alice Lucille Zajackowski, 85, Milladore, died Saturday, June 4, 2016.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, June 10, at St. Michael Catholic Church in Junction City, with the Rev. John Ofori-Domah and the Rev. Lyle Schulte officiating. Burial will be in the parish cemetery.

Visitation is scheduled at Martens/Rembs Funeral Home in Junction City from 4 to 8:30 p.m. Thursday, June 9, and at the church from 10 a.m. Friday until the Mass. A parish rosary is scheduled at 7:30 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.

The family will designate a memorial in her name at a later
date.

Mrs. Zajackowski was born Aug. 24, 1930, in the town of
Norrie in Marathon County, a daughter of the late Frank and Martha (Stoltz)
Szews.

She was married to Florian J. “Larry” Zajackowski May 29,
1954, at St. Florian Catholic Church in Hatley. He died Oct. 15, 2011.

She was a member of St. Michael Catholic Church in Junction
City and served as president of the Altar Society. She also had been a
religious education instructor.

Survivors include eight children, Mark Zajackowski,
Milladore, Tom (Sue) Zajackowski, Amherst, Maria Flory, Nevada, Joselle Bertram,
Texas, Jerome (Karen) Zajackowski, Washington, Paul (Dionne) Zajackowski,
Lyndon Station, and Ann (Jeff) Haasl and Juliann Zajackowski, both of Milladore;
one son-in-law, Mike Ziolkowski, Plover; 12 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

She was also preceded in death by one daughter, Monica
Ziolkowski; one sister, Cecilia; and four brothers, Chester, Leonard, Norbert
and Eugene Szews.
