SPSA League Play Continues Monday

Stevens Point Softball Association teams continue play at Zenoff Park with the CO-ED teams on the fields Monday and Tuesday nights, Legends of the Game on Thursdays and Walt Wilmot League swinging the bats on Sundays.

With just a couple of weeks left before the season’s first half ends teams are looking to solidify their lineups and play for a strong finish heading into the break. League winners for the first half of the season play off against those for the second half to decide the league titles in August.

Weekly Schedule for Monday, June 6 – Sunday, June 12

Monday, June 6

Gregg Marr Co-ed League on Larry Fritsch Field
6:30 pm – Pete’s Sports Bar vs. Morey’s Bar
7:30 pm – North Point Pub/Fabworks vs. Premier Auto Body
8:30 pm – Rigg’s Site Consultants vs. Dollar Phils
9:30 pm – North Point Pub/Fabworks vs. Moreys Bar

Tuesday, June 7

Dan Houlihan Co-ed League on Larry Fritsch Field
6:30 pm – Airport Bar/Kim’s Barrel Inn vs. MHA Merchants
7:30 pm – Rookies(Davis) vs. Rural Mutual – Team Zinda
8:30 pm – Kim’s Barrel Inn vs. Ki Mobility Kinetics

Thursday, June 9

Brad Rogers League on Copps Field
6:30 pm – Precision Cellular & Sound vs. Point After Pub
7:30 pm – Pointe Precision vs. North Point Pub
8:30 pm – Skis Meat Market/Buffy’s vs. Radon Specialists
8:30 pm – Z & Z Painting/KBI vs. Papa Joe’s/Belts (+ Played on Fritsch Field)
Don Kottke Legends of the Game League on Copps Field
6:30 pm – Rookies(Burns) vs. Final Score
7:30 pm – Good Shepherd Lutheran vs. Jimmy B’s

Sunday, June 12

Walt Wilmot League on Miller Field
6:30 pm – Top Hat Bar vs. Rookies Heavy Hitters
7:30 pm – Pete’s Hitman Cartel vs. Automatan
8:30 pm – Rookies Zonerz vs. Harvey’s Corner Pub
