Albert C. Getzloff, 69, Wisconsin Rapids, a Bancroft native, died Sunday, June 5, 2016, at Colonial Manor Nursing Home in Wausau.

Memorial services will be held at noon Thursday, June 9, at Ritchay Funeral Home in Wisconsin Rapids, with the Rev. Dale Grubba officiating.

Visitation will be at the funeral home from 10 a.m. Thursday until the services.

Mr. Getzloff was born Sept. 7, 1946, in Bancroft, a son of
the late Lloyd and Ruth (Rozell) Getzloff.

He owned and operated Getzloff Tire Sales in the Wisconsin
Rapids area for many years.

He was a longtime member and also served as treasurer for
the Central Wisconsin Racing Association and sold tires to the local racing
tracks.

Survivors include three brothers, James (Lurline) Getzloff and
Roger (Mary) Getzloff, both of Wisconsin Rapids, and Victor (Donna) Getzloff,
Mooresville, N.C.; three sisters, Mary (Archie) Sawyer, Park Falls, Dorothy
Sparby, Arkdale, and Nancy Doerrler, Wisconsin Rapids; and many nieces and
nephews.

He was also preceded in death by three brothers, Bob
Peterson, Clarence Getzloff and Ralph Getzloff; and two sisters, Lorraine
Goodwin and Irene Huff.
