Dredging to Begin on McDill Pond

Officials in the McDill Inland Lake and Rehabilitation District (Lake District) say dredging on the Patch St. silt trap is expected to begin June 20.
According to a news release from the Lake District, the dredging will last approximately one week. Traffic on Patch St. will be diverted around the dredging area during that time.
Kayakers traveling the waterway from Iverson Park are strongly urged to use caution, or avoid the area entirely between 7 AM and 5 PM during that week.
