State Champs: SPASH Girls Bring Home Ninth Title

The SPASH Panthers softball team took down the Watertown Goslings on Saturday for a 16-4 win and the WIAA Divison 1 state title.
The win is the ninth state title for the team.
The game started slow but then picked up steam in the third inning when SPASH crossed home plate six times. Panther ladies added to that in the fourth inning with two more RBIs by Payton Gaber and Brooke Tuszka.
SPASH ended the game with some 20 hits under their collective belt. Panther girls softball ends their season at 29-3 as WIAA Division 1 state champions.
