Credit Union Changes Name, Starts Remodel

City Times Staff
Central City Credit Union has changed its name to Simplicity Credit Union.
The change was celebrated during a ground-breaking ceremony on June 10 with company officials and representatives of the Plover Area Business Association (PABA).
The re-branding comes with a facility expansion and remodel at 3101 Hoover Ave. location. The street-side sign was changed over Friday to match the credit union’s new Simplicity sign.
It’s not the first name change for the credit union, which previously was known as began as Point Soo Credit Union, Whiting-Plover Credit Union and Point Plus Credit Union, then changed to the Central City name.
