Henry R. Konczak, 62, Almond, died unexpectedly Monday, June 20, 2016.

A Funeral Mass will be held at 10:30 a.m. Monday, June 27, at St. Maximilian Kolbe Catholic Church in the town of Buena Vista, with the Rev. Jim Trempe presiding. Burial will be in Hope Cemetery in the town of Belmont.

Visitation will be at the church from 9 a.m. Monday until the Mass.

A memorial fund has been established in his name.

Hardell-Holly Funeral Home in Almond assisted with
arrangements. Condolences may be offered online at www.hollyfuneralhome.com.

Mr. Konczak was born March 3, 1954, in Belgium, a son of
Mary (Dzieciol) Konczak and the late Tadeusz Konczak.

He was married to Susan Warzynski June 21, 1980, at St. John
the Baptist Catholic Church in Heffron.

He had worked at Hillshire Farms in New London for many
years, retiring in March of this year.

He was a member of St. Maximilian Kolbe Catholic Church.

Survivors include his wife, Susan Konczak, Almond; three children,
Emmy (Zak) Zeug, Rosemont, Minn., Jesse (Kristen) Konczak, Custer, and Vincent
(Tanya) Konczak, Sanford, N.C.; his mother, Mary Konczak, Almond; two sisters,
Miroslawa (Joe) Esposito, Mountain Home, Ark., and Ursula (Randy) Swain, Broken
Arrow, Okla.; and three grandchildren.

He was also preceded in death by one sister, Lillian; and
one grandson.
