Fruit Truck to Sell Fresh Peaches on Tuesday

Local residents can purchase fresh Georgia peaches on Tuesday, and again on July 14.
The Fruit Club, a national fruit club, will station its delivery truck in the parking lot of K-Mart, 111 Division St., on July 5 from 4 PM to 6 PM.
Georgia peaches are available in 10-pound boxes for $20 and 25-pound boxes for $39.
The Fruit Club is a member-based fresh fruit sales company based in South Dakota. Reservations can be made online at www.thefruitclub.net.
According to a news release from the company announcing Tuesday’s sale, there will be “lots of extras” available for purchase.

A similar sale will be held on Thurs., July 14 by the Tree-Ripe Citrus Company at St. Vinnie’s Thrift Store, 2124 Rice Street. That sale will be held from 9 AM to 10:30 AM. A list of products available for sale is available here.
