Robert Felix Schroedel, 91, Wisconsin Rapids, a Rosholt native, died Sunday, July 10, 2016, at Edgewater Haven Nursing Home in Port Edwards.

Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday, July 13, at Our Lady Queen of Heaven Catholic Church in Wisconsin Rapids, with the Rev. Valentine Joseph officiating. Entombment will be in Forest Hill Mausoleum in Wisconsin Rapids.

Visitation will be at the church from 9 a.m. Wednesday until the services.

Ritchay Funeral Home in Wisconsin Rapids assisted with
arrangements. Condolences may be offered online at www.ritchayfuneralhome.com.

Mr. Schroedel was born Feb. 27, 1925, in Rosholt, a son of
the late Henry and Lillian (Kruzicki) Schroedel Sr.

He was married to Bernice Weinfurter Aug. 31, 1946, at St.
Kilian Catholic Church in Blenker.

He settled in Wisconsin Rapids and was a machinist at
Consolidated Papers, Paperboard Division for 35 years.

Survivors include his wife of 69 years, Bernice; six children,
Robert (Connie) Schroedel Jr., Marlene Schroedel, Marlyce (Jeff) Randall,
Rodney Schroedel, Marilyn (Martin) Munce and Mary (Chris) Carlson; two
brothers, Henry (Eleanor) Schroedel and John (Dianne) Schroedel; six sisters,
Dorothy Hladilek, Delores Linzmeier, Rose Ann Kranski, Henrietta Lobner, Yvonne
Leach and Elaine Simmonds; 12 grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.

He was also preceded in death by one daughter, Marjorie; and
one sister, Bernice Stellmach.
