Bone & Joint Cuts Ribbon on New Plover Location

For the City Times
The Bone & Joint Clinic has cut the ribbon on their new location in Plover.
They’re not seeing patients yet, but CEO Terry Lawrence ensures the clinic will have the same quality and services offered at the other four locations in the state.
“We’ll start seeing patients on July 18,” Lawrence said. “We’re going to be focusing primarily on pain, but we will have orthopedic, foot and ankle sports medicine and walk-in coverage.”
The clinic on Park Avenue will join locations in Wausau, Medford, Merrill and Stevens Point.
Tuesday’s ribbon-cutting saw members of the Portage Co. Board of Supervisors, Portage Co. Business Council, Plover Area Business Association, Plover police and fire departments as well as officials from the Village of Plover.
Hors-d’oeuvre and lunch were provides by Rockman’s Catering.
Lawrence said the building was finished ahead of schedule and the village was very welcoming.
“Not only did Mother Nature bless us with warm winter months, but the community has been awesome to work with, from the city planners, to the [Portage Co. Business Council]…we’ve had many meetings with them over the course of the last year and they’re huge supporters of us coming to Plover.”
Lawrence says the Plover clinic will offer the same services as the other four Bone & Joint clinics in the area and will begin seeing patients on July 18.
