Dawn Marie Sankey, 56, Plover, died Wednesday, July 13, 2016, at Froedtert Hospital in Milwaukee after a short-term illness.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, July 19, at St. Bronislava Catholic Church in Plover with the Rev. Edward Shuttleworth officiating. Burial will be in the parish cemetery.

Visitation will be at the Shuda-Plover Funeral Home in Plover from 5 to 8 p.m. Monday, July 18, with a rosary prayed at 7:30 p.m., and at the church from 10 a.m. Tuesday until the services.

Mrs. Sankey was born Oct. 18, 1959, in Milwaukee, a daughter
of the late Johnny and Elaine (Dakins) Kruzitski. She attended Stevens Point
Area Senior High School.

She was married to Gerard Sankey Nov. 6, 1976, at St.
Bronislava Catholic Church in Plover.

She worked at Herrschners, Del Monte and was a homemaker.

Survivors include her husband, Gerard; two children, Jamie (fiancée
Becky Sopa) Sankey and Heather (Ryan) Schlutter; two sisters, Debra (Thomas)
Kerchefski and Denise (Barney) Somers; and one grandson.

She was also preceded in death by one infant daughter, Terra.
